The hotel was gorgeous with particularly nice views and a magnificent location down in tunnel. My room included climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television. Excellent bathroom and walk-in showers with good sewerage. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and responded promptly to requests.

Had a decent time. Homey decor, very nice staff, extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of PERFECT food. Just wonderful location - next to clock tower museum. Had an extraordinary customer service too. Need to be mentioned that free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property.
Shame the bathroom was really tiny. Views were very limited.
